At WonderLab, we understand that families’ time and resources are already stretched thin. That’s why we developed an entirely new, affordable, supplemental approach to learning. The lab can be accessed by homeschooling families and those with scheduling flexibility during the mid-day and afternoon, and families with traditional school schedules after the conclusion of the class day. The lab’s operating hours run from 10AM to 6PM Tuesday through Saturday.

$10 per hour for independent time during Open Lab

What to expect during time with a Mentor Guide: Learners will meet with their Mentor Guide to design and develop a unique project or problem. Each hour that a Mentor Guide spends with a Learner will be trying to crystalize what that project will be, or working together via WonderLab's "Lighting the Path" curriculum on successfully completing Learner-selected project. (Examples of current projects include: developing a video game that helps improve memory, writing and illustrating a children's book, first-hand learning what it takes to become an Academic Language Therapist)
What to expect during Open Lab time: While there will be at least two Mentor Guides in the Lab, this time is for Learners to work independently and collaboratively (with other Learners) on their Inspired Hypothesis, Passion Projects, or work from home.
In addition, every learner has the opportunity to become an apprentice at a local organization as a supplement to their explorations at WonderLab. WonderLab also offers special pricing for multi-child families.
